FishFinder
heres my favourite method. not really curing but yeah... dry for 40 minutes to an hour an a paper towel (this takes out some of the moisture in the eggs that would normally expand when the eggs are frozen and damage the membrane) Then just put in a ziplock bag and suck out all the air you can (to prevent freezer burn) http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c139/ale...68/COHO-ROE.jpg then double bag and freeze, try to limit the amount you put in a bag to what you use in one outing that way you dont have to defrost the roe for no reason. Riverwasing is optional depening on how hard you like your eggs, i like mine softer so i dont normally riverwash, but try to remove as much blood as possible... Then TIE....
