NF How do you get profile pic to display?

I updated my profile pic and it shows up when I view my profile but it does not display in any messages that I post ???

Any ideas how to correct?

I am sure it is something simple that I have overlooked.

Go to "my controls" at the top of the page and make sure you have the picture under your avatar rather than under your personal photos... Just a thought!
