No. He is just a smart ass thinking he can pull the wool over our eyes. He has no passion for this country other than wanting to run it. He has no plan for this country, no vision. I don't necesarily agree with the way it has been heading, but at least there was a goal in mind. He is showing off for his American buddies. I can just see them rolling on the floor laughing at him on TV

I truly believe that Iggy has a bet with his buddies in the states that he believes Canadians are so gullible and he is so smart that he can run up here and be running the country within say 2 years. Probably has a dollar bet on it or something. Thats what I think he really cares about this country. And choosing between 2 evils, Harper or Iggy, is still choosing evil. Why spend 300 million for no difference. Lets wait till somebody else shows up to the party. And I don't mean Bob Rae. Although, he is a step above Iggy.

Anything that Harper has screwed up is what them other boobs said they wanted him to do or they would force an election. If they would just sit back and pay attention a little, something good may come from this government. Remember, Harper is the guy that wants to get rid of the gun registration. I always vote, and I respect out soldiers. You should also remember, the soldier doesn't pick the fight, the politicians do. We don't need an election right now. There is nobody new to vote for. What we could really use is a law that says your party has to run in say 3 provinces to actually be a party

Ok. I do all that with the line to the harness, short, long, extra swivels. I just don't use the hole in the bend of the sinker wire. With the 3 way swivel it hangs down sorta. I'll try it the other way and see how it works. I just never thought about it. From when I first picked one up, I rigged it that way. Now I'm seeing guys do it the other way and got to wondering.

and why. I mean the ones cast on the spring thing. They come with a snap swivel at one end, and a curled eye in the centre, then the weight and a wire poking out. I have always attached a 3 way to the snap swivel one eye to my line, and a worm harness (long one) to the thrd eye. I am seeing people attaching their line to the eye in the centre and the harness to the snap swivel. Whats the proper way? PS. I have been outfishing these guys 4 to one

You wanted to educate people based on race. We have law schools for that. You have to pay to go to them I had to learn the fishing regs myself. I see no need in holding special classes, other than behind bars. Or maybe we should have mandatory fishing classes before you can buy a license, kinda like the boaters exam

I love living here. Other than Timmies(and I go to country style anyway) there are no lineups for anything. There is no traffic except for 15 minutes at 5 oclock. I can be fishing just about any species, either downtown, half an hour including launching time, or a back lake for walleyes or bass in an hour. You can do your banking, grocery shopping, Canadian tire and the beer store in about 2 hours on Saturday morning. sigh...life is good

Yes, there is a law. You can't block traffic. This is blocking one lane of the trans canada highway. But there are others around town, on 2 lane streets, one each way, where people are lined down the street and you have to drive in the oncoming lane to get past them. I would commend them for handing out tickets to the people blocking traffic. My point was it was the cop blocking traffic, breaking the law he is hired to enforce. Hey, I knew the guy second from the end of the line when I went in. There was a car behind him on the street, really blocking traffic. I said something to him about it. I went in, got my coffee, and came out. He was still 3rd from being served. I waved goodbye and jumped into my truck. Thats when I saw the cop blocking traffic. yep, It takes longer to sit in line that to walk inside, but everybody is in a hurry
