  1. Hey everyone. I was just wondering I am bored and a friend of the family is looking for a boat so I said I would look what are the sites from the states that you guys use to find boats down there. Thanks
  2. Umm I honestly don't remember there names very good. I do have and see lots of blonde nurses.
  3. Yea I am. Got some off the best cariologist taking care of me.
  4. I had it on my phone for awhile and I got bored of it. I do have 2 fishing games on my phone from the apps. One is a deep sea fishing and the other is a bass fishing.
  5. I am in the Hamilton General.
  6. I have to try and stay still. They want me to relax. The tear in the heart keeps bleeding and the more I push it the less hance it heel and then I need surgery.
  7. Thank you Paul. Those should help kill some time.
  8. Just wondering what were the rods that you tried. If you were looking at the Premier bass or Triumph then yes they are not comfortable rods. I personally hate the full cork on my bass rods all mine are split grip. Like Sinclair said check out the crucial for 120 you would be better off with that then a mojo or compre. That is if you like buying rods built by a guy that was making brakes for a mountain bike the week before lol. Fenwick does make nice rods as mentioned above and they are Canadian made.
  9. Thanks Phil. Like I always say. Any fishing is better then no fishing. I should bring my xbox and tv and just play my Bass Pro Shop fishing game lol.
  10. Thanks Ron. I hope to have a good day to. So far I have bad migraine and the man next to me acreams all the time. On top of that I can inly take tylenol which doesn't tend to help.
  11. For that range look at St. Croix. I personally hate Shimano rods and yes I have used them. If you are lookin for something to use for worms and the finesse rods check out the St. Croix Mojo bass by far the best rod you will get in that range unless you get something on sale. Usually you want a rod that has a heavier action for throwing frogs as you will be throwing frogs into the thicker stuff. An for throwing frog baitcasters are the best helps getting them out of the thick abd you will want a thicker braid as well which isn't best for spinning reels. But check out the mojo bass Whacky style. It is a great rod for the finesse and is also a great rod for throwing mepps and thing like that. It can be used as an all round rod for the techniques that don't require thicker line. Sorry I just noticed you didn't like the St. Croix. most salesman will say what ever to get a sale.
  12. You got that right. They have amazing service and anything you need if they don't have it they will get it for ya. An ya Greg and the other two in there are awesome.
  13. Well Paul as I usually get Cheerios with a brain muffin haha. That is until my wife gets here. She usually brings me a bagel or something. Seeing as I don't like milk lol. Chris your right about that. The general is by far the best place to be. Much better then St. Joes or anything towards the falls. I have also been here more in the last two weeks then ever. Only time I was in a hospital longer was when I was a new born an I was in Sick Kids in toronto for awhile then moved to Mcmaster. Spent over a year of my first two years of life there. All I can say is thankfully we have OHIP and some amazing Doctors. Thankfully that isn't something I remember but will never forget.
  14. Thanks Guys. Ron you are right. I actually got some sleep last night which is a surprise as the old guy next to me speaks no english but screams alot. They did a good job of sedating him though I would say.
  15. Thanks guys. Yea it is something that they see the odd time. It is a complication from my surgery. They have me drugged up good right now trying to keep it all under control. I can't wait for musky opener.
  16. Thanks Jacques. Can't wait to get out fishing.

  21. I just got a new Ice Rod that my wife picked up from bills bait and tackle it a combo that she got for 12.99 it is actually a nice rod to shoukd check it out.
  22. Thanks guys a quick update, I was told that the CT Scan showed I have bleeding from my heart that is going into my lungs. For now they are putting me on meds to try and stop the bleeding. Hopefully it works.
  23. Thanks guys. As I said if it weren't for the help from here and lots of reading, I never would have caught half the fish I did this year.
  24. Thanks a ton everyone. I hope that this is figured out soon. Darryl I hope so to all I can say is I hope it doesn't take another surgery to fix it all that will mean is longer recovery and with my wife about to pop out our second I need to get back to work. That was the other bonus for me Mike as well I got to fish alot more and spend lots of time with my daughter. I would have much rather been working though rather then no income as our government is mental.
  25. Thanks guys I appreciate it. Mike I may take you up on that. Isn't a stay at home dad the best job. Since my heart messed up in April that is what I have been doing and I love it. It will be nice to get out so I can actually see my daughter for more then a day.
