  1. Thanks! Heading up to fish rainy lake today, hopefully tie into some big walleye/pike!
  2. Ouch. Reimer is hung out to dry. Zero chance on all 3 goals
  3. way better lol. I have zero interest in buying a new boat every year for 5 years to get a 40% discount on my 6th boat haha
  4. They didn't play last night. Game vrs caps is about to start now. Philly Pitts was a good game, gnarly finish
  5. Lol misfish, thats pretty awesome! This is my 4th derby win. I think I'm ready to be that pro angler guy outa that animated video haha. And lew, a 35" musky would be a pb for me as well haha.
  6. Thanks guys lol. We all had a good chuckle over that fish, and many jokes were shared haha. On a more serious note, any others here that fish river walleye? When water levels fluctuate i find its almost impossible fishing for 2-3 days. Anyone else notice this?
  7. Came right in time to buy the better half a bday present:) hahaha
  8. We had a local derby yesterday and guess who won!!! Hahaha, one fish caught, check out the weight haha.
  9. Wow toronto needs to learn positional play, or at least execute in positional play.
  10. should be but will he??? The isles have the weirdest management I've ever seen in the nhl. If you washed jerseys for the team for 5 years you might move up to management with a $50 million dollar pay increase lol
  11. Nonis says there was a lot if interest in Reilly. Glad we kept him
  12. 99% of my encounters with CO's are actually awesome. Very friendly, we often end up chatting and sharing some fishing info. They once interrupted a derby of ours, pretty small one, maybe 30 boats. They even let us land fis as they were inspecting boats trying not to disrupt the derby, which i thought was mighty nice. Last year while crappie fishing with a friend, we launch a tinny from his camp and went about 70 yards to our spot. Co's showed up about 20 mins later, checked our catches etc no problem. Dinged my buddy for no life jacket. His problem, i warned him before we launched. He knew he was in the wrong and accepted a pretty huge fine. i think it was $275? Then after checking my liscense he said i was legal to fish but i had a outdoors card from Alberta??? And I would need to change that asap. No idea what he was talking about lol. Its a ontario outdoors card, ontario address, ontario drivers liscense etc. confused the hell outta me. Still dont to this day. It was just weird. Still nice guys though, very nice to my son too( while he continued to land crappie after crappie through the whole visit lol)
  13. Found it. This deserves a repost imo
  14. Anyone have the link to that amazing reversable fishing poem done by one our members children? My daughter loved it and wants to post it on her facebook if possible. Miigwech
  15. Ill one up you with a hand painted big o hahaha. I dipped one in this glow in the dark chart. Stuff from the kids painting area from wal mart, the. Clear coated it. It was deadly. Guess i should make a few more...
  16. my kiddos love those ones if they are the same? Ther're sort of a transluscent color with orange pincers. They do catch bass
  17. Wicked! The second last pic is the best fish pic i've ever come across! Stunning
  18. Hahaha i seen that one earlier. Its a gooder. Did you see the one that says"i hope obamacare covers broken hearts"? Lol
  19. lol, are those the ones with the internal weight???
  20. Should add Duncan Keith in there too danc. Im purdy sure he was born in my hometown, but im pretty sure ive heard him claim thunderbay before it changed again to someplace in BC lol
  21. Only other color i tried was green and red or purple fleck, cant remember??? Where i fish in nw ontario the black/red works amazing. I don't even use any others now. Has to be the crazylegs version though, i bought chigger craws on accident onetime, same color, and my success went way down. I should also add that its not only smallies that love em, walleye do to and 3 of my biggest pike came on these plastics. For pike and bass its usually on a weightless, or lighly weighted wide gap hook, for walleye its on a shakeyhead jig(i like northlands), and small round head jigs for panfish but i cut off the bottom 2/3 of the plastic
