Hey Everyone, Got out yesterday to do some pier fishing with my buddies. I recently tore the meniscus muscle in my knee so im very limited in my movements which made river fishing impossible, so i headed out west and grabbed my lawn chair, floating roe bags and relaxed...enjoy. I got 4 in the day (only have 2 pics), all within the first hour we got there.... after that nothing..biggest was 9lbs 11 oz... Brian with his only fish on the day Nick with his first ever steelhead. dobee

Afternoon All, Hope everyone’s Easter went well… I got out on Sunday morning for some weekend steel. Here are some pictures I went 5/6… The day started out bad when we slept in, but it turned out to be a great day out. Enjoy… Days like these make me wanna ditch work and hit the rivers… Joe

I was also at the bayfield river yesterday, i brought in one 5lb rainbow. i was fishing near the highway 21 bridge.... good luck Joe

Hey Everyone, First week of November i am going to oxford, nova scotia to visit/hunt and fish.. hs anyone fished for rainbow/salmon in NS before? Hey All, With all the rain/ warm weather i thought it was appropriate to get out this weekend and hit my fav. trib. 4am came early, loaded up the car and headed north. Picked up a friend from work who has never fished for steelhead in his life. Hooked him up w/ a rod ,reel and smokes and he was on his way. We got there at the break of dawn, super high dirty water greeted us when we arrived (expected) but it was still nice to get a line wet. Unfortunatly we had a time limit. 12pm..... In the 5 Hour span we brought in 2 fish... enjoy! B with his first ever steelhead 6lbs 3 oz.. (the pictures were not taken on my camera, they were on B's camera -- so these are pics are pics of the pics he took..sheesh!) me with my steelie 9 lbs 8oz Was a good day for 5 hours of fishing considering the conditions... anyone live in this area? id like to head up on saturday but i dont want to make a wasted 2 hr trip... can anyone let me know what these rivers are like? flooded/mud? should be ok by saturday ? thanks
