Well i love to open the can!!!! To make a long story short( i typed a hole page) I'm going to Mexico!! My boss pulled me into his office and gave me the time off, i counter'd with i will give up a week when i'm intitled, he said it was ok just make sure your back on time. Life is funny !!!

Ok here is the delema dec 30 the wife and i take the kids on a family vacation, as i had just started a new job in june, i was not allowed to take vacation for a year, but i asked the CEO if i could go and it would be a none payment week for me, he say's its ok as my boss was out of town, Now the fun part, my boss and i dont see eye to eye and there have been a few flare ups, so my wife wins a free trip to mexico at a 5 diamond star resort, SO i ask for another 4 days off with out pay personal time, leaving next week sunday to thursday.My boss is ticked and refuses to let me go........ after a few conversations he still will not give me the time off and has put more work on my plate to insure i dont go........What would you do ..........cave and stay home or take the dismissal when i get back..............HMMMMMMMM I know what i'm going to do but just wondering what the masses think?

lOl nice tickets I was there last weekend, front row glass, Large beer and a prime rib sandwitch...............$30.00, Dinner befor the game at sports bar 2 beers 1 ruben x4, one for each guy ...........$140.00.....Seats $1000.00..........Moneys spent at and during the game total for 4 guys $1700.00........beers after the game and a few dances $450.00, This is why i can only go 1 time a year. the lucky thing is my buddy's a laywer and rote off the night.................game only

LOl well its true one year i did have 2 cards and 3 stickers, but back then there was no internet cards or lost box on the app, Oh well i guess i put a few more fingerlings in the lakes for the rest of us.......lol

Ok this may or may not happen to you........ Its dec 26 your going fishing........ice fishing like in the old days, you pull out your fishing lic and realize you need a new sticker for the back for the upcomming season so you get one like the good little fisher person you are, Blam on goes the sticker your good to go, you go to your spot and have a great weekend of fishing but you forget your card at the cottage, now a buddy askes you to go fishing the next weekend at his lake, far away from your cottage.............so what do you do?, easy buy another card and sticker because getting caught is not worth the fine or hasslle, now you have two.........Now the fun begins, the ice is off the water and your like a kid in a candy store, you check the boat battery get all your lures lined up and you get nooo sleep the night befor you leave, you head up the 400 and wave at the 400 rip of shake as you go buy. When you get to gods counrty you pull into the gas station and fill the tanks for a glorios day of fishing and it hits you like a dead herring on a salmons line, lic is still in the skidoo suit at home, no problem i have one at the cottage, you look and search but you cant find the it. your royal honey askes what your looking for and you say the little piece of heaven that allows you to fish, she looks at you say's, i picked it up last time because you left it on the counter and brought it back home ..........why do you need it? ok you take a deep breath go back into town and buy another lic and sticker............your now the proud owner of 3 cards. As luck would have it you get stopped by the Co and he askes for your lic, Hear you go a nice slip of paper with the sticker attached, plus your laughing as you hand it over, the Co askes whats so funny and you say i had to buy another sticker and lic because i can be an idiot at times.............the Co informs you that a person can only have one card at a time its illegal two have 2, not being that much of an idiot i say not me my buddy................so i wonder is there a special rule on owning more than one card? Now i can see the legal terms comming into play for a poacher.....he gets caught and hands over his lic, the CO takes it and the poacher gets a court date 1 year later but he has another lic and keeps on fishing. Just wondering

LOL Terry thats a good question, i dont think 19 minnows are going to do any dammage and since i only used 10 and lost 0, seven minnows left on the ice for the seagulls and 3 give'n to some dinky perch, as i see it the ban is on commercial sellers anything over 120 minnows,I dont like to move minnows to far as i drive way to fast and most of the minnows are stuck to the back side of the box crushed from gravity. Misty... I fish Gilford as well and get my minnows from the same store, but i was trying to save time and you know what the parking is like there. Cisco.. Glad you managed to get a deal off the guy......But i would test it first..........lol Have a good one.........oh did i mention i was in such a hurry i forgot my warm cloths and lunch......yep -15 and i had on a short sleeve shirt and my coat, just me and a bucked, one box of minnows and two rods....yep i had fun

Well lets just say after a comedy of errors on sunday morning i head up the 400 to get some perch from lake simcoe, I realize i dont have my liecence so i have a decision to make.....Take a chance on not getting caught or stop into the 400 rip off barn for a fishing liecence, Well i stop for a coffee and decied to head over, as i pull up i see the sign minnows $4.99, i tap myself in the head and say only buy a lic or you'll get taken!!!!.....Well i need minnows and it would save some time so i get the lic and say... a bag of those $4.99 minnows please( knowing full well i should not even open my mouth) the fellow says 24 for the lic, and i pay him then a kid brings up a bag of minnows, I look at the bag and do a quick head count.....mmmmmmmm....19..........i ask the kids how many is in a scoop he replies 48-60...........i hold my tounge. then i hear the magic words..... that will be $7.99............I look at the guy behind the counter and ask how the heck did he come up with that price when the sign says 4.99.........1.00 for air, dollar for the bag and a dollar for the box............lol i laugh.......yep ripped again and i will pay you 10.00 for my stupidity. I make this mistake everyother year............when will i learn!!!

I find the only thing it affects is falling into the hole, When you get guys drilling 10 inch holes all over the ice and you just happen to step into one the next day .......................whammo one leg down the hole and one wet foot!! Thats why i use an 8 inch, besides when i have to go pee i like to feel the sides

Wow now that sucks. But i have one question? You said they put plates and screws in your leg, so your good to go, drop 3 perks in a cup of coffee and enjoy the day, dont let a little pain spoil your fishing................lol I was on those a month ago, they are great untill your body gets use to them, then look out, wish you the best

The reefs where right off our beach, 50 yards out and the best snorkling in the world, we would bring bread out and the fish would swarm us, it was amazing, i did cave dives and a ship wreck, I'm hooked on diving now

HI Tony We just got back from cuba, 7 days, 31 everyday and no rain. we had a blast, we stayed at camilloin villa jibocoa 50 minutes from varadaro, best vacation ever!!! forget the gear and go squba diving every day like i did

It looks like from monday untill x-mas, you have to love them for trying...Sorry Dan, but think of the overtime and new parttime jobs !!! there's no ice down here in the big smoke so i have to work more and play with the wife less, she's happy because when she hears me comming to bed now ,she will be able to jump up and say she forgot to buy some cucumber and off to wallmart she goes!!!
