  1. I'm still liking the dip net/bucket method. I'm sure if I waded more often though I'd appreciate this idea a little more. Oh yeah, and minnows for steelhead I can vouch for!
  2. Funny I just got the same thing as I opened your topic. I run Vista/Firefox This link may help: http://www.neoseeker.com/forums/62/t121689...n-file-missing/
  3. I could buy a Vex for that.. why buy anything else
  4. My dad bought a 5 speaker surround sound system/DVD player at Wal-Mart a couple weeks ago for 89.99 I think. Works great so far. Might be something to look into as part of the package.
  5. Thank god, now I finally have an address to send that box of live grenades to!
  6. If you think that's a viable solution, feel free to come to my house to sweep up the glass shards on a daily basis!
  7. You and that reservoir dude.. always has the first ice. No fair!! Nice crappies!
  8. I knew it.. awesome show.
  9. I miss the hand crank windows they're hard to find these days. I'm with ya on this one!
  10. This show is gonna be a killer if it's what I think it is. But since I don't get WFN, guess I won't know for sure. Good luck to all. Those baits are sweet (I even saw them catch a fish once), and who doesn't want an OFC touque!
  11. Dude, obviously you feel guilty, because I never mentioned you or anyone here. I wasn't even implying that. Achieving any sort of record though, not even just in fishing - will ALWAYS result in jealousy, and the contesting of your prize. It doesn't matter what you do. WORLD record means it's known around the WORLD. The world's a big place! I don't care if you contested the pic earlier. I had my doubts too.
  12. Once the new camera drops into the res those bluegill don't stand a chance!
  13. Maybe if people stopped buying so damn much import beer we wouldn't be in this situation!
  14. Yeah dude, that's one step down from the portable I use for ice fishing. Very good at determining depth and bottom content. Actually quite good at detecting fish too. You'll be happy with it, if it's anything like mine. You will however want to jerry rig the transducer on something else for ice fishing.
  15. Bah you're both wrong it's coming from the Lynn River! As for the musky. I'd put it back. It's a lot of hassle to claim record status and even after being verified on gov't scales, blah blah you will ALWAYS have jealous naysayers the rest of your life disputing your record. I say let it go and save the trouble.
  16. I dont even know what a glasseel is.. I was talking about American eels.
  17. Not the "invasive carp" debate again
  18. I like the Boo-Yah jigs. Various colors/sizes produce on different days depending when/where you're fishing but as a general rule I like black/blue. Cold water = pork trailer warm water = plastic..
  19. Can't say I've ever been to a Japanese restaraunt but if I ever do I will try it!
  20. "Steelheading is a game of timing" Yeah, just time it so you're not on the water when me or the Urban Fisherman are around and you'll be good. lol
  21. I wear a coat with lots of pockets.. I assume you mean for steelheading
  22. This article really has me upset. I'm gonna grab my high heels, purse and head to the mall to shop it off.
  23. The spawning grounds for the two species are in an overlapping area of the southern Sargasso Sea, with A. rostrata apparently being more westward than A. anguilla, and with some some spawning by the American eel possibly even occurring off the Yucatan Peninsuala outside of the Gulf of Mexico, but this has not been confirmed. After spawning in the Sargasso Sea and moving to the west, the leptocephali of the American eel exit the Gulf Stream earlier than the European eel and begin migrating into the estuaries along the east coast of North America between February and late April at an age of about one year and a length of about 60 mm. From your article..?
  24. Reminds me of Sleded at a buffet
  25. I wouldn't waste time comparing who had the best running car.. EVERY company produces lemons!
