Removing the rivets is easy. Center punch the flat side in the center and drill out with a 3/16" bit.
Replacing can be done with either the same type of rivets and a couple of hammers or with closed end blind pop rivets.
Either way use a little 3M or Sikaflex marine adhesive on the rivet before installing. It will never loosen or leak.
When I need to replace loose rivets on my boat I use these.
Scroll down to the stainless rivet with stainless mandrel section.

Kessel is back to his old self too I see.
Wonder how long until he poisons the Pens locker room with his bad selfish attitude?
But the good news is the Sens didn't have a shot for over 15 minutes.
OH, and they lost!!!

I always confuse the 2. Nothing new.
They're both GREAT!!!!

Unreal. That is one tough lake. I used to watch the reality show about the house boaters, a real tuff bunch there 4 shoe. I'm not sure if they still film it. I think you said you know "Pike" Mike. The one guys daughter who is a model out of Vancouver is easy on the eyes too. I still haven't fully understood about living outside of our laws if you aren't moored to land. I know you have a link that will help. If there is a link somewhere to something, Dave has it.
Great Bear, not Slave OI.
It's the big one North of me.
Still lots of ice here too but the shorelines are toast now.

My buddy that lives North of me posted this pic this morning.Still 4+ feet of the hard stuff on Great Bear Lake.

Silly boy!!!
Those are Leafs stats, they don't count!!!

Yamaha or Honda. I run a 1000W Yamaha and that's exactly what I use it for (Charging the trolling motor batteries).. It's quiet, runs for pretty much ever on a tank of gas and always starts without issue.
I have a 2000 watt Yammie.
Great units.
Quiet, sips fuel and it's nice and light.
If I needed one just for battery charging I would get a 1000.
Mine is also used for my popup camper to charge the battery, run the microwave and more importantly my espresso machine and bean grinder!!!

You're kidding right??
Total shut down of the Pens offence. Shut them out on the PP and frustrated them big time. Our forwards danced around their defense once we got going. Andy closed the door. They were frustrated and it showed. As all the sports guys commented, it was as near to a perfect road game as you can get.
All said I fully expect game 2 to be a different Penguins team.
SENS are good and the top players are playing awesome.
If Anderson hadn't stood on his head they would have lost by a ton!!!
He stole that game and if the Sens are to win this series the rest of the team will have to step up their game.

Last summer 99.99 in Kitchener 135ish from nipigon to timmins
Exactly. That's my point.

Now how much are you going to save hauling all that additional weight up there? If it's a few cents more, it totally makes sense to get it before you head into the bush.
Last time I drove back to Ontario from YK the most expensive gas I found was in Northern Ontario.
It was 30-35 cents a litre more than it was in Yellowknife.
-
Yeah, fill up all of your gas cans down South before you leave!!!!
Most of the time prices up there are higher than they are here in Yellowknife!!!!

He needs to stop hanging with gold-digging chicks!!!

I had a brand new ball that did that.
Was an issue with the ball.
Bought a different brand and all was good.

Some good old time hockey from 20 years ago.

No real back bays. The lake is pretty open. You can almost see the entire lake from any point on it. Two rivers but they are near impossible to 'drift' into. And one doesn't really go anywhere. Technically 3 if you count Rush lake. The more advice I'm hearing about this, the stranger and stranger it sounds. Now I don't think it's theft or sunk. But what could it be?

Pens and Caps are beating the crap out of each other and will now go 7 games. I hope to meet the Caps as the only reason they not eliminated so far is they hate Sid the kid and the Pens so bad they are playing on emotion. They will collapse after if they win and the Sens will take them in 5.
I expect the Sens will take the next round whoever they play.
Don't know about the finals yet.

After a big storm on Nipissing we came across someones boat that broke free.
I noticed it from about a mile or so away. It was a 20'+ enclosed boat like a Bayliner and just the nose was poking above the surface.
I guess there was an air pocket keeping it afloat.
Something similar could have happened here with the ultra high water.

Dave! Tell me you went ice fishing in that! lol
How's the season overall? Ahead, behind, normal?
A couple of weeks behind this year Drew.
And no I had to work for a living!!!
-
Yeah, Ok, but how's your black fly count???

Water's still frozen!!!!

A good quality regular rivet gun works but it's a bit of a chore.
See if you can find one of these to buy locally or rent from a tool rental place.
This one is very inexpensive @ $20 US but would not last overly long but if you just need it for the one job.

If getting a regular hand rivet tool make sure to purchase a contractor grade unit like this.

As for the rivets I ordered mine direct from Hanson.
How many do you think you'll need?
Pretty sure I have extra at home. I'll have to look though.
Brafasco only carries the regular type of pop rivets not the closed end ones.
