When I left the house to hit the ice yesterday morning it was -35 with -44 windchills.

My helmet defogger was not working so I had to ride with the visor open.

Had to stop a bunch of times to deice my face as my eyes kept freezing shut!!!

Looks like spring is finally coming though and if the weather dudes are right we will see negative single digit temps next weekend.

I just replaced the D cell battery pack with the gel battery.

9AH gel would be good.

We're @ about 4 feet now.

If you want to be drillin' thickish ice by hand get yourself a Nils!!!!

Both Reimer and Scrivens are down on the ice much too long when they go down for a save.

They need to get their butts back up and in position and not flail around like epileptics!!!
