Hey Bill what do you think of this. It changes throughout the day but About 1/6 of the traffic on essa rd coming down the hill and turning left off Ardagh goes straight through and continues down Essa rd, 1/6 turns south on the 400 (much more in the morning), about 1/3 turns onto 400 ramp North and about 1/3 goes straight until Fairview and turns up Fairview (turns into BBP rd). How about an over or underpass that joins Little to Ardagh. THey line up almost perfectly and 1/3 of the traffic that wants to get to BBP would either go straight through on Ardagh or turn right if they are coming down Ardagh before they get to the next 2 sets of lights and hwy entrances which is the trouble spot

Not a timed event rob but our team took 3 hours to complete. My team

4 minutes from my house at the old racetrack at Essa rd in Barrie is where it needs to be. THis is not from a business standpoint but from a convenience standpoint for me. haha

Agree with almost everything you said here. I actually had no problems with any obstacles and did them all by myself, except I had a handful of mud on the rings and fell after 3. Most difficult was that straight climb up the font hill. Other than that everything was not too hard. Stupid electricity at the finish line knocked me on my a$$ though. Still not too happy about that. lol

After watching your vid I am glad I wasn't the only one who got rocked by the electricity. These people were not falling because of the mud, they were falling because the shock is seriously violent.

Everything was awesome except for the parking issues getting into Burl's creek. I actually got hit in the forehead at the end with the electrical wire and it put me on my knees. I actually blacked out for a split second. It felt like someone hit me on the back of the dead with a stick. Too fuuny. Electricity owns me

I generally will keep mid sized perch for dinner and maybe 2 lakers and 1 whitefish per year.

Nope, didn't get a weight. I am usually pretty good at guess and I would say around 3.5 pounds. It might have been 4+ if it was a bit chunkier.

Easy Rob I still have well over 2 weeks of vacation left. I don't even know what number of the month it is and haven't for about a month now.

THis is my middle daughter's PB LMB. SHe is 9 years old and the fish was all hers from the cast to the fight (great fight). THe only thing I did was net it and take the hook out.

I was about 200 yards off breakwall and got about 12 perch, 2 gobies and one smallie (10" smallie)
-
I caught a bass the other day on simcoe that puked up a 5 inch goby and the fish was only about 1 pound. Caught 2 gobies the other day fishing for perch about 100 yards off shore near Hooters family restaurant.

BPS return went very welll. Went to customer service. Told him I did not have the bill. He looked at the rod and broken tip. THe rod was in perfect condition otherwise. He told me to go get the exact one. Exchanged it straight up. Did not ask any questions. He did ask me how old it was and then quickly said "say less than a year". LOL. THe kid was a good kid. Very good experience. Will buy another rod there.

At no point did I suggest I caught the tip on anything. For the record it broke on a hookset. Now whether that hookset was a snag or a fish will not be mentioned here but the truth is that I thought it was a fish and did a regular solid hookset (texas rigged senko with 20 pound power pro). THe fact that there was not a fish at the other end to me is not really an excuse for breakage. Now if I slammed in the car door or dropped a brick on it, that is another issue. The fact that it broke in a fishing situation is what is the problem here.

I broke about 10 inches off my 6'6" carbonlite rod last weekend. I bought it last year and really like the rod but I am wondering if they will replace it. I think it is a year warranty and I know I bought it last summer around this time but I can't find the receipt. I am going toBPS tomorrow to see what they can do. Just wondering if they are good about replacing things or am I wasting my time?

Need Recommendations for Lake/Area of Ontario to buy a Cottage
Cudz replied to manjo39's topic in General Discussion
for a bigger lake I would look at something like Lake of Bays. Clear not much weed at in most areas. -
The Lebaron pedal is correct but the ebay one you show will not work as my motor is a V2. I did find one on ebay for about $90 but then they wanted $20+ for shipping.

Nice shootin!!! Just a quick question about the 4 10 largie. How do you know it had a 1 pound perch inside? Did you keep the fish and eat it???

Sounds tempting after seeing the mules you were catching but I don't think perch made his wish list.

I took the boat to Rocky's this morning and it appears to be something with my foot pedal. He swapped mine out for one of his and it worked fine. Then I put mine back on and it worked. It totally baffled both of us as other than swapping foot pedals, nothing else was touched. So he took apart the bottom end anyway to have a look and it was in perfect condition. Not sure what is going on but there it must be a pedal issue. Maybe one of the female receptors on the plug was misaligned and by putting his pedal into it, it realigned itself. Who knows. I am almost tempted to get a new pedal just in case but they are about $140. I find that I have to step on my pedal pretty hard now to make it work. It has been like that for about 3 weeks now when I fished all day in the rain. Somehow the water must cause issues so as Drifter suggested, I am trying harder to store it out of the elements when not using it. PS. Thanks for all the help. Service at Rocky's was great.

I was using my bow mount motor this evening and I set it to constant at a very slow speed. My battery is at full charge but after about 2 minutes of constant speed I could hear it slowing down and then stop working. I check battery power and it is still full. It can turn fine but no propulsion. The prop doesn't turn at all. When I pressthe foot control it make one clicking sound (which is the usual sound it makes as the prop begins to spin). It also makes the same clicking sound when I take my foot off the pedal (that too is normal). So it seems I may have burnt out my motor??? There was no smell of electrical fire and there was no smoke. Still turns and clicks but no prop spin at all. Anyone else have this issue? It is just over 2 years old. It is a 55 lb thrust powerdrive unit. Anyone know how to get this fixed or where to take it? ANy help would b appreciated.
