She made it to the table. I never had fish from this lake before and man did it taste good. I have not had those cat fish yet but they are waiting for me in the freezer.

Wow what a amazing catch, so far this year i've only broke the 4lb mark.....i cant wait to get a 5lb bass in the future. Nice Fish Man!

Ya he loves to fish, he just has a problem waiting for the bite. That fish really made him happy and he still is talking about that fish.

For me the start of my trip was nothing but swimming and relaxing as i had been fishing non stop for two weeks right before i went here, to Campbellford. I did not have a boat this time so for me it was all shore fishing. I caught myself a PB largemouth bass for this lake. It weiged in at 4.1 lbs. I caught it on a Yum Dinger early morning off the dock. Here are some of the fish i caught: 4.1lb Bass And another shot of it Little topwater bass Testing out the BPS popper Testing out another new lure and look what went for it Here are 3 yum dinger bass: 1.10lbs 2.3lbs 1.9lbs I went to a small river and fished a green tube jig and caught a dozen of these: I also did some cat fishing with corn at night off the docks, managed to get 6 little guys. And here is a picture of my brother with his best bass of the trip. Caught on a black and blue crankbait. We had lot's of fun and caught lots of fish. I can't wait to go back there again!!

Na man check the regulations. The best 5 bass man. Or for me at least. You did good to, i can't wait to see these fish. I got to use my american fishing snakes to catch some Canadian bass. My PB Largemouth bass for 2008(so far) and a PB Northern Pike and a PB Bowfin. When ever i had time i was out in our blow up boat fishing away. I broke the boat jinx on my recent trip to Bass Lake and i am finding my self catching more and more fish from a boat rather than shore. I only caught 1 fish from shore the entire time and that was the 2.11lb LMB above. Thanks for doing this with me L.A. and maybe we will do something like this next year. Here it is. I did manage to catch my 5 bass and 3 additional fish of any other species. Little Angler feel free to post your catches below and in another thread we will issue a direct link to here and a vote can be done. Largemouth Bass #1 1.13lbs Largemouth Bass #2 2lbs Largemouth Bass #3 2.5lbs Largemouth Bass #4 2.11lbs Largemouth Bass #5 4.8lbs Other 3 Fish Fish #1 Bowfin AKA Dogfish 4lbs Fish #2 Bowfin AKA Dogfish 4.10lbs Fish #3 Northern Pike 3.8lbs 30 Inches long All of the bass and the pike were caught on the Origional Fishing Snake. The 2 Bowfin were caught on live bait.

Tomorrow i am leaving for Kingston to visit my Aunt for several days and from there i will be going to my grate grandmothers house on to do lot's of bass fishing. I will be sure to make a report when i get back(August 16th) and I will make a additional topic for the Mike The Bass Fisher VS Little Angler Tournament. Plano makes water tight tackle boxes. I have the spinnerbait box. I don't use it anymore because of my new box(it does not fit) but they sure are water tight. Held it under water for several minutes and not a drop! http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s...__SearchResults

O ya its a bowfin. I will almost guarantee i will have of photo of myself and a bowfin when i get back from Kingston. Every year we catch these fish and as said we always think they are going to be a 10 pound largemouth, these things grow pretty big my pappa caught one 2 years ago and weighed 8 1/2 pounds no lie. My biggest is around 4lbs. Mean fish but they give lot's of fight!
