I think the MNR should invest in a whole batch of Trail Cameras to place in areas where there are high violation rates. It might not have a great success rate but some eyes are better than no eyes. -
We usually feed the birds throughout the entire year. Yesterday I topped up the feeders and borrowed my step dads new camera and snapped a few pics....

check out the MNR store online. Credit card and a printer is all you need. I'm not sure of the exact link to the store but go to www.mnr.gov.on.ca and im sure you'll be able to find your way around.
