Depends on how much the penalty is.... I'm currently on a variable prime - 0.75%.. My payments are based on a 8% rate though so I pay the principle down quickly... 5 more years and I'm mortgage free. w00t! -

I know, I bought our Lund from Michigan. But look at the exchange rate these days and the price range of 14ft tiller and it doesn't make any sense to buy one in the US.
