stuff the bat... I like the way I look with blood dripping from my knuckles LOL as much as I have walked the dogs by the damn etc.. I have "talked" to more then few anglers down there... most either dont care or all of a sudden do not speak english.. It would be nice to see some enforcement and education... perhaps a sign in varying languages explaining the seasons, so there can be no doubt... then enforce the laws... perhaps a suggestion to our Mayor is in order... Very few and far between I am afraid Roy... the grand is a large river system.. and it is hard for them to be everywhere... but it seems people from all over come to fish it... mostly from out of town.. G

My understanding was you needed another method of propulsion period.... And Wayne.. the MTO will collect the taxes on the entire package not just the trailer.. as I found out when I purchased Spiel's old boat.

First of all congrats!! Hmmm.... the MTO should have collected the taxes... but since they did not.... they could however come back later on for them... not uncommon. I would suggest more then 15' of rope.. and would definatly have at least two lengths on board.. one for bow and stern as well as one for miscellaneous purposes (ie. towing etc) I picked up my housing at Cabela's for cheaper then I could get it here if I remember correctly... I purchased a marine stereo kit (CD,MP3 and radio + two weather proof speakers) for 149.00 + taxes and built two small boxes for the speakers Good luck! now the fun begins! Cant wait to see the pix! G

Wiser.... you can call and call till your fingers go numb... not enough CO's in the area.. and the OPP here have more problems to deal with, then probably most county's do... being we are in Haldimand County I am thinking of donning my waders and bringing my Fisker's with me... let me tell you... The Grand is PACKED full of people up at the damn... and from the three minutes I sat in the park and watched.... few were carp fishing.. G
