Hey everyone, my bro is looking for summer work and was wondering if anyone knew of any leads in York region/GTA. He is an engineering design technician but also has plenty of experience working in an office environment (everything from database work to processing orders/credit card purchase/refunds/customer complaints etc. Any help is greatly appreciated....thanks

I was told from an angler who fishes the area that the police will indeed answer a call regarding poaching and trespassing.....so give the Cops a call and see what they say...can't hurt.

in that case you need to down size your line, bait and keep switching it up until they hit....try using tiny jigs with a small profile white/pink/chartreuse plastic grub or if that doesn't work usually tiny flies work well....and if that still doesn't cut it then move up in size and use small crankbaits,spinners......

this burns me because I don't own a boat and can't fish the shore anyhwere around there anymore....I used to fish the marina on the other side and that's gone too......so now what?!!!!!!!....this sucks :/

have any of you ever tried drifting with Berkley trout bait?

Bill, do you put enough shot so that the float is just barely visible or should the float sit higher up?

I would like to ask how you guys would tackle a fast moving river with regard to setup and techniques for fall rainbow. The last one I tried almost made it impossible to keep the float from blasting downstream and having the bait nowhere near the bottom while dragging behind the float it. I was fishing the edge of the fast water as well but if there's too much weight I would get hung up on the rocks which are everywhere. Thanks for any tips.
