  1. He means striped bass, they are native to the atlantic and some parts of the pacific but have been introduced into some lakes around the states. For largemouth I'd check out lake fork (texas), lake okeechobee (florida), or lake powell (utah). Another species to consider would be peacock bass in florida.
  2. texas or florida for bass, western states for trout, just stay up here for musky, alaska for pike, another option is louisiana for redfish or florida for flats fishing.
  3. Just out of curiosity how much did that cost the lucky recipient?
  4. Really beat up tail on that thing, nice fish!
  5. There are some weird rules there, and it turns out that shore is private, but not the forested area.
  6. I've only brought 2 people to it, I'm actually surprised this many people know it! Yes I know all the property specs of the lake too so I'm fine for that lady.
  7. I think I might go to either the whirlpool or the notty this weekend
  8. Not really twisted, if you're allowed by the regs to hunt there I don't see why not.
  9. It turns out my guy is from the states, I was looking at the toronto listings but I guess we're just too close to them.
  10. Awesome day there skip! Would've been fun if I could have made it.
  11. Haha! Ya I know there's lots in there but really I just don't care for that river. Maybe I'll just stick to the notty.
  12. Just a guess but wouldn't corn also work as a roe imitator?
  13. Which river would you suggest? Because I do enjoy big river fishing more. I find the credit is still a little small, and I've never seen (although I'm sure they're there) any salmon or trout in the rouge.
  14. Try using grizzly polar fibre, I've never tied any but I've seen some and they are pretty cool.
  15. We saw 2 rainbows yesterday but couldn't get them to hit. The fly was a large purple marabou fly with a big flashabou tail.
  16. Amazing work Chis! I too didn't really like it before but with that coat it's stunning!
