For those that haven't seen it yet, that jerk involved in the boat rage incident has been arrested and is paying for his actions with loss of business among other things. Looks good on him, he deserves everything he gets. Can't post the video here as there's too much cursing involved so I'll just post the link

The boat captain would have received a probated sentence upon completion of a court-ordered anger management class, but then he boarded another person's vessel, and now there is that. Theoretically, at that point, there is not much difference between the charter captain and a Somalian pirate.
