How to fish in Toronto?

Bonjour, je suis désolé si je ne suis pas au bon endroit mais je cherche de l'aide pour mieux comprendre la pêche à Toronto. Je suis française et je viens d'arriver à Toronto pour quelques jours. Je suis proche de la rivière Humber et du parc Magwood.

I'm having trouble knowing if I can fish in this river and what fishing license I should buy.  Can you help me ?  I would like to be able to fish the river for a day with lures.

Avant, nous pouvions aller chez Canadian Tire, acheter le permis de pêche et demander le livre Règlements de pêche de l'Ontario. Ce livre vous dira tout ce que vous voulez savoir sur votre région.

We use to be able to go to Canadian Tire and buy the fishing license and ask for the book Ontario Fishing Regulations. It that book it will tell you every thing you want to know for your area

IF you can find one - great!  They've severly cut back the number they print every year now - mostly relying on the online version.  By severly I mean where a shop may have gotten a couple hundred or even thousand copies to hand out, now they might get one box!
