Tubing down Gull River from Minden to Gull Lake QUESTION

I am entertaining the idea of tubing with my kids and some other family from the boat launch in Minden, and going down to Gull Lake and pulling out at the river mouth there. I have seen groups doing this, and it looks like a fun way to spend an afternoon.

 

Has anyone here done this?

 

If so, how long does the trip take, and what should I need to know.

It should be a fun float...we've done it several times further up, floating into Hall's lake. Bring a snorkel and mask and you'll find some "treasure" for sure.
