Potentially replacing/rebuilding Evinrude 40hp - Etec, Yamaha or Merc?

No doubt, thats why I posted current list...anybody needing a 40 should grab it there now I like that about the Yamaha site...they post list prices with all their stuff. Everybody else makes you contact a dealer
