Canuck2fan Posted October 18, 2014 Report Posted October 18, 2014 It looks good and it doesn't appear as if the injecting caused it to get really dark in those areas, which sometimes happens. We tried a packaged sweet cajun marinade one time and the flavour was amazing!!! The appearance wasn't good, it looked like a bunch of huge dark bruises on the injection spots, as it got really dark in those areas. Strangely though the skin didn't taste burnt, but it sure looked like it was...
