I am going to be fishing the Trent River tonight, in and around Campbellford. My question to you fellas is, Does anything (lure) beat white and yellow jigs: What is catching fish? Okay I know alot of people do not like to tell where they fish but, Where are all the walleye? I do look forward to your imput...thanxs

Dondorfish
As Blackfish 88 said - I have always had the best luck on spring time walleye by trolling with a #3 silver mepps and a big fat juicy dew worm. Troll as slow as you can. If you are jigging - can't beat a white twister tail. Don
jediangler
I always have had great success with white jig & grub combos in the Trent, for all species. I thought I hooked the world record walleye a few years back on a white grub. Turned out it was this Trent river beauty.
