Fishing regs??

I was just looking at the fishing regs because I wanna do some wally fishing on the Grand river below Dunnville this weekend and I got a little confused. Is that section of the river in division 2 or division 3?

it's in the fine print if your read it. use mapquest and google and you will be able to decipher the location
