fishing in Wiarton

I was wondering if anybody would be willing to share a spot where I could catch something other than sunfish and gobbys. From what I've heard, the fishing tends to lack in the area, but I'm sure there must be a few spots around to drop a line. I have also heard that there are some resident trout there, but have no idea where they are.
