Nanook Posted April 24, 2007 Report Share Posted April 24, 2007 Ive been trying to post a pic, and its a "No Go" Ive read Ricks Help topic and had help from Beans [bless him ] When I click on Upload and waiting and waiting I get; Upload failed, file too large for space available. irishfield Posted April 24, 2007 Report Share Posted April 24, 2007 Just because you made if physically smaller doesn't mean the resolution still isn't way too high (I think 250KB is the limit here). When I downsize pictures I set the resolution/quality level to about mid scale. It takes 2 or 3 meg pictures and converts them to about 35kb. I use paint shop pro. After you downsize your pictures pixel size and then you click "save as"...the box that comes up for where to save it to has "options" in the bottom corner. Gerritt Posted April 24, 2007 Report Share Posted April 24, 2007 open your picture in microsoft paint.... goto Stretch/Skew then set the ratios to around 50%, hit File save as and give it a name....then upload it. if it is still to big increase the ratio to say 35% etc Good luck!
