singingdog Posted December 9, 2011 Report Share Posted December 9, 2011 I have never done it for personal property, but was part of a Land Trust that had it done for most of it's properties. It seems like a fairly straightforward process. Basically, you need to get a management plan done by a qualified professional, then follow the management plan to qualify for the tax incentive.
