Billy Bob Posted May 28, 2011 Report Share Posted May 28, 2011 All our Auto Parts Stores will give you a free reading for codes....they just hope you're going to buy their parts. Gas caps can also be a BIG problem.....buy a new sometimes works but a lot of times it the seal on the gas filler neck being "just" a bit corroded and not making a good seal...take some Vaseline and put it on the neck where the gasket will ride....many times this does the trick.
