Steve Posted November 10, 2010 Report Posted November 10, 2010 (edited) looks like barry pringle's old boat he sold. very unfortunate. Edited November 10, 2010 by Steve
charlesn Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 They also pulled the docks last week so it's tricky getting in to drop off guys. Actually, the dock was still in as of yesterday there and the boat was gone so they must've been able to pull it out on Monday. I heard from some VERY experienced Erie boaters that were out there on Sunday that it got real ugly - real quick. Many in the Frosty tournament had to bail to Crystal and go get their trucks as they didn't want to pound their way back to Port. Charles
Aaron Shirley Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 Ouch is right! That is 100 percent Barry Pringle's old boat. That photo is hard to look at. Those guys obviously didn't realize how shallow it got in tighter at that ramp. Can't believe they left it there overnight, I wouldn't sleep. A shame for sure. I'm glad I fished Saturday! Aaron
Steve Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 Yikes - I knew i recognized that boat. We set the guys up earlier in the year with full trolling gear. Riggers, rods, reels, tackle, etc. They enjoy their fishing - I hope everyone is ok.
Guest ThisPlaceSucks Posted November 12, 2010 Report Posted November 12, 2010 Would the Etech not start.... 2 threads in a row you've made me LOL!
Rae Posted November 15, 2010 Report Posted November 15, 2010 I swear I saw this boat launch last Fri morning (12th) out of Crystal Beach. If it was the same boat I saw, then that's amazing that the boat survived that punishment.
