mercman Posted November 7, 2010 Report Share Posted November 7, 2010 (edited) The wife bought me a new Pentax DSLR back in Jan, and i've been experimenting with it for a couple of months. Its a K-x model. What they consider an Imtermidiate level DSLR.It came with a 18-55mm 3.5-5.6f lens. I have added a a 55-300 zoom f4-5.8 and anAF-540FGZ flash unit. Tripod and LoPro slinshot 350 bag. I have always been partial to the Pentax brand.I owned and still have a Pentax se1000 i got back in the 80's. it is in mint condition and i use it for b/w photography. The advantage i find with digital is that you see the result now, and if you dont like it, delete it and do it again. Also with this camera i can choose from 4 to 12 Mp.These are all done in 12Mp for the HD effects. Enjoy.and any comments are appreciated.
