Yea i drove down there sunday to check things out with the dog, 2 cop cars in the hotel parking lot and 3 guys fishing right at the damn kinda pissed me off, talked to police they tolled me they will contact the CO's then they left what the hell is up with that. and there are still sign's there

I would suppose that the reason for their legal ability to confiscate vehicles is because, if it was used to transport the people, their equipment, and any illegally caught fish or game, the vehicle is then material evidence in a crime. That's why I couldn't understand why the government had to pass a law a few years ago to allow for the vehicles to be impounded in cases of impaired driving, it should have been automatic in my opinion. But I'm not a lawyer, maybe I'm missing something.
