Dave Bailey Posted June 20, 2010 Report Posted June 20, 2010 A buddy of mine, Chuck O'Dale, was in town the other night to give a talk at our local science group. He's a member of the Ottawa chapter of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada and an explorer of meteor craters. He's got a page about Skeleton Lake, apparently it's the remnants of a crater, approximately 800 million years old, give or take a few years. You can find his page here.
Chugger Posted June 21, 2010 Report Posted June 21, 2010 Nice, thanks for that. I have a cottage on Skeleton lake, interesting stuff.
