boat storage

anyone know of any cheap outdoor or indoor summer boat storage? Somehwere east end of toronto out to the oshawa/port perry area or up towards newmarket?

if you don't mind a little north, there's King City Trailers (905) 773-4260 reasonable $$ outdoor storage.

Good rates but access hours are no good. Thanks. anyone else? Definatly need a place with access on sundays, early and late as well.
