Thames River Trout Run

Hi all,

Just wondering when the trout run is ussually at its best in the Thames River. I've heard there are rainbows and browns, but have only seen the former. Also, what should I use? I just moved up from the Maritimes about a year ago and the fishing techniques here are quite a bit different than home.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreaciated!
