Nice job on that moon photo! How long did it take to capture that pic?

Inspires me to get out and snap pictures myself.

The first one with the leaves took about 10 shots, the focus on just the moon was about 5 shots. My tripod is giving me grief so I have to just try to hold the camera steady. Good thing I don't drink anymore

from the bottom of the anchor bolt that goes through your tripod to screw your camera on the base...

tie/tape a small rope /string and hang anything of weight off it ...rock /camera bag .napsack anything to create down presuure securing your tripod from movement ...

nice shots !!

Thanks everyone. I'm really enjoying the new camera. I'm going to get a better tripod tho, but until then, thanks for the tip Twocoda, that will probably help.
