brandon Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Today I was invited up to Grouse Mountain here in Vancouver by a friend of mine from college who works up there. He does the Bird in Motion demonstration and I thought it would be a great opportunity to take some photos of the birds. Unfortunately it was a pretty crappy day weather wise, but I still managed to take a few photos. However next time I'll aim for a sunny day. And also just to clarify, all these photos are of captive birds that have been raised by humans from birth. They are not wild animals and the grizzly bear is also not wild. enjoy... taken with my fisheye lens this is one of my two favorites from the day and this is my other favorite
Kawartha Kev Posted June 21, 2009 Report Posted June 21, 2009 Great pics as usual Brandon. I loved Grouse Mountain when I was out there visiting brings back great memories. When I was last there it was early in the year so the bird demonstration wasn't being done yet but the bear exhibit was open I remember taking pics of the bears and wolves and even a big raven thanks for the memories.
