Clampet Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 Can a person accompany a licensed angler on a fishing trip without a license if he does'nt fish, just take the odd picture.
bigfish1965 Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 The license is for fishing. As long as they are not fishing, they do not need one.
urbanangler1990 Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 (edited) i would think if the person has no lisence and is not fishing, then no worrys Edited February 4, 2007 by urbanangler1990
Clampet Posted February 4, 2007 Author Report Posted February 4, 2007 Thanks, tguys for the quick response. That's what I thought, but ya never know.
ccmtcanada Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 Just make sure he's not just "holding" the rod for you while you take a break....you just never know...LOL.
Clampet Posted February 4, 2007 Author Report Posted February 4, 2007 No worries there. Friend can take the pictures, if I'm lucky. Hope I don't freeze to death. I don't think the fish will bite, because of the cold, but I just gots to try that new auger.
