has anyone been recently and got a fishing charter from veradero?

 

im hesitant due to alot of negative reviews. can anyone refer me to anyone??

Not worth the money on the North side...if you were willing to travel for the day to head to the south side of the island you would do better.

 

Definately take some gear though, there are some larger rivers/inlets that are begging to be cast for Tarpon and cudas...

I spent some time in Veradero, but never ventured out with a guide. The fishing was tough, but there were plenty of small fish around. The biggest fish I caught was 4-5lb snapper.
