EC1 Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 Don't go and waste more money on new braid. Braid isn't like mono and doesn't deteriorate over time / get memory. The braid should be fine for you to use until you feel that you don't have enough line on your spool. jace Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 After just 1 year, it's probably still good. It doens't rot or decay with time like most other line materials.
