Only anecdotal as I only use if for decarbonising old outboards. I can tell you that its highly regarded for it abilities as a fuel stabiliser, fuel conditioner and decarboniser. Many of my ouboard buddies swear by it especially in 2 stroke motors. It isn't snake oil, but at around $10/can or $2.50 - $10 per recommended dose its rather pricey.
