Kempenfelt Bay is frozen, but not safe. The marina in Barrie is frozen and there were people on the ice today, but I don't know the conditions, they might be dumb, or the ice might be ready. If not, sit on a dock and punch a hole right beside you.

I just got a report that there is about 2 inches of blue ice and about an inch of white ice, so pretty much... they are dumb haha. But, it will be super cold tonight so who knows for tomorrow. At least there are always docks there, and perch all around you.
