BPS Great Customer Service - Returned Broken Rod

Accidentally broke a BPS Extreme® XPS rod about 3" from tip, my last time out. Took it with my receipt to customer service at the Vaughn store and they replaced it, not a question asked. Got the rod in April with a Pflueger President reel, and christened them with Beaver R Rainbows. Have used quite a bit this summer and enjoyed it very much.
