fishindevil Posted August 8, 2008 Report Posted August 8, 2008 Well hay bay as well as the rest of the bay of quinte have a very good year round population of walleyes, and are there for the pickings !!!! they are mostly weed orientated, and will be along the edges, and the drops near the weed beds, try trolling x-raps,shad raps, and of course jigging berkley power minnows, and dont forget to fish the flats !!!! hope this helps...cheers
superdad Posted August 8, 2008 Report Posted August 8, 2008 I was at Hay BAy yesterday and the fishing reports indicate TOUGH fishing, yet I saw a 29.5 inch fish that a 12 year old caught fishing with her grandparents. Stay Tuned
