Went up to the grand today.My two buddies caught 3 walleye all around 16 inches and two oos bass.All released all i got was a rock bass also released lol.

Good to see some practicing catch and release. I can't say I'd do the same, too hard to resist fresh walleye. lol

May I ask why?

 

My guess is because it is listed as the third worst polluted river in Ontario.. would you eat you're catch from the Don? (which ranked 1st) Might not be as bad in Dunville because of Erie..

 

But Guelph and alot other cities along the grand pump their sewage into the river... and given the watershed's size it explains why it is listed as one of the dirtiest rivers in Ontario.
