My guess is because it is listed as the third worst polluted river in Ontario.. would you eat you're catch from the Don? (which ranked 1st) Might not be as bad in Dunville because of Erie.. But Guelph and alot other cities along the grand pump their sewage into the river... and given the watershed's size it explains why it is listed as one of the dirtiest rivers in Ontario. G...
