Thats exactly where we are bud!!!! Where is KL? Is Kirkland Lake, and its about 1hr and 30 mins from Timmins and about 2hrs and 30 mins away from North Bay SOOOOOOOOO jealous!!!!!!!! Actually bud, its something very simple.The pickerel rig proved to be the lure of choice again this year Here's a pic of how we set up Impressive report! Those pickerel look like they have been feeding well! All the walleye in that are FAT!! There is some much feed in that lake , its crazy.They feed on smelts/hearing/pearch and what ever else they eat (lol)

Canuck Posted June 12, 2008 Report Posted June 12, 2008 Round Lake and the Blanche is sure a great fishery compared to 30 years ago when it was so polluted it was pea soup green all summer. The fish sanctuary o the Blanche helped rebuild the population as well. We used to motor canoe up where you were and there are a lot of eyes in there in the spring, even back then. I gotta get back up there some year.
