Apparently it's back ... here's the link Pleasure Craft Operators Card You pay for it first and you'll get a PIN number ... with that PIN you can take the test whenever you want. I just ordered my PIN. 2009 is coming real soon and for those who haven't gotten one yet it's a pretty good deal. No i don't work for that site lol.
