urbanangler1990 Posted December 30, 2006 Report Share Posted December 30, 2006 hey yall, i just picked up a shimano callisto baitcaster. pretty good reel, it says its line capacity max is for 14 lb line, now ive heard a lot of ppl using braid in 30, 40, 50 lb, can i spool this reel up with that kind of line? Rich Posted December 31, 2006 Report Share Posted December 31, 2006 I have one and I really like it. For the price you pay, its pretty good. I have mine spooled with 30lb braid and 14lb mono backing.
