Ice fishing Shade's Mills Conservation Area - Cambridge Open. Pinehurst Lake Conservation Area - Paris Opens Dec. 29. The ice is thick and safe. Targeted fish species are black crappie and bluegill. Guelph Lake Conservation Area - Guelph Closed for the season due to low water levels in the reservoir. Belwood Lake Conservation Area - Fergus Closed for the season due to low water levels in the reservoir. GRCA
