Nippissing Ice?

Does anyone know if Nippissing is starting to freeze over? Particularly around Jessops Island on the south shore?

Yes it is...has been for about the past 5-days or so, not very long.

Ihad -20 in rutherglen this morning now it is still -10

I checked our lake (west of Sudbury) last night - there was 4" where I drilled.

 

We're getting snow while the new ice is forming though - not good.
