ORSON Posted August 12, 2007 Report Posted August 12, 2007 I am heading up to the west arm the last week of August and was wondering what I can expect for fishing conditions. How is the water level? Typically which species would be most catchable? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
motv8tr Posted August 12, 2007 Report Posted August 12, 2007 Welcome to the board Orson, where ya from? what do you normally fish for? In the search option just type in West arm of Nippissing and you'll get lots of info. Maureen
ORSON Posted August 14, 2007 Author Report Posted August 14, 2007 I have used information from this board for several years now to plan multiple trips to god's country from South Eastern Michigan. This trip I will mainly fish for walleye, pike, small mouth bass and if we are lucky a musky. I've fished the West Arm a few times in the past, just really concerned with the low water levels and dry warm weather we've had this year. Again any info would be helpful. Thanks again.
